Objects of Affection

It is a nice little run out to the cemetery and nephew Eric generally takes Cora, Winnie and Aunty Ida up there in the Capri, but Eric's got on with this sub-aqua and the cemetery's over-run with art students. To cap it all, Winnie will keep running off.

What do Miss Schofield and ' the gang' find to talk about at their table in the canteen? Yesterday they were discussing the nasty rash Pauline Lucas's mother keeps getting on her elbows and there was quite a lively discussion about runner beans as part of a calorie-controlled diet.
